The length of a group appointment can be extended. When it’s extended, it’s done in multiples of the original appointment duration. For example, a 30-minute appointment will become a 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes, etc.

In MY GRID or THE GRID, find the group appointment you want to extend.
Double click the group appointment.
Click Extend
The appointment duration will be doubled.
Each additional Extend will add the same amount of time.
An extended appointment can be Unextended.
Follow Steps 1-3, above.
Click Unextend.
