To start the session:
Open the PointSolutions Point Solutions Classic desktop application.
Sign into your PointSolutions Point Solutions account.
In the upper right area of the Dashboard, click on Enabled under Mobile Responses.
Click Reserve to create a custom session ID or select Random to generated a random Session ID
When you are ready to start the session, click Start Session.
