UA’s Center for Instructional Technology supports and troubleshoots Qualtrics accounts & permissions.
All other support questions should be submitted to Qualtrics Support through their online chat or ticketing system.

Contact Qualtrics Support
Login to your UA Qualtrics account.
Select the “Help” question mark icon in the top-right corner.
At the bottom of the menu, choose Contact support.
On the next page, click on the University of Alabama account.
Choose a topic and the chat agent will begin troubleshooting.
