How do I add a web link to my Blackboard course?

Instructions

 On the course menu

Open

1. Click on the “+” at the top of the course menu.

2. Choose Web Link.

3. Type in the name you would like to show on the menu.

4. Enter the URL for the web link.

5. Check the box for Available to Users if you want students to see this link.

6. Click Submit.

Open

In a content area

1. Select Build Content.

2. Choose Web Link on the menu.

3. Type in the name you would like to show students.

4. Enter the URL for the web link.

5. Optional: Add a description to the link.

6. Click Submit.
