How do I remove a user from my Blackboard course?
Instructors cannot remove users from a Blackboard course.
If a student has dropped the course, but is still showing in Blackboard
Submit a help request. When students drop a course, there is an automated process that disables them in the Blackboard course. During high volume times of the semester, the automated process may slow down. Instructors and students should wait overnight for these events to process.
If a student has dropped the course, but needs access to course materials
Submit a help request. Students could need access to the course materials for an independent study or a cross-listed course.
