How do I use the Restrict Location setting for a test?

Problem

I want to use the Restrict Location setting for my test and I need a range of IP Addresses for the building, lab, or other campus location.

We do not recommend using this feature. It is not a reliable test security measure on our campus.

Expected Result	All users outside of the building, computer lab, etc. will not be able to access the Blackboard test.

Expected Result	All users outside of the building, computer lab, etc. will not be able to access the Blackboard test.
Actual Result	Some users inside the building, lab, or other location cannot access the test as well as all users outside IP range.
