Why can't I see the navigation menu in the CIT knowledge base?

Problem

In certain views, the navigation menu for the knowledge base is not available.

Solution

Viewing from the Support Portal

If you are viewing Knowledge Base articles through the Support Portal, the navigation menu is not available. Follow this link for a different view of the CIT Knowledge Base: Instructional Technology

Viewing on a mobile device

If you are viewing Knowledge Base articles on a mobile device, the navigation menu does not show in a web browser. Please download the Jira Cloud app.
