This guide is for instructor users that need to download Grade Center data as a backup, record keeping, or to work with the data in Excel.
Instructions
On the Course Management menu, select Grade Center.
Then select Full Grade Center.
In the top-right of the Grade Center, click Work Offline.
Choose Download.
On the next page choose Data and Delimiter options as needed. The default options are good (Full Grade Center, Tab delimiter).
Click Submit.
Click the Download button to download the Excel file to your computer.
If you would like to upload any data back into Blackboard, make sure you also include the Username column. Blackboard identifies students with their username in the Grade Center.
