How do I track attendance with Zoom?

Instructions

  1. To sign in to your Zoom account in a web browser, visit www.ua-edu.zoom.us

  2. Click Sign in.

  3. Sign in with your myBama username and password.

  4. On the left menu, choose Reports.

  5. Then select Usage.

  6. Next, input a date range for when the meeting took place. Click Search. The results will include any meeting that you hosted within the range.

  7. Navigate to the appropriate meeting in the list and click the blue number of participants. Meeting attendance data will appear.

    1. Optional: click Show unique users to view a list of users regardless of how many times they enter/exit the meeting.
