Problem

Students may receive an error message that says “Subscription Required” or “License Required” in the PointSolutions mobile app.

Solution

  1. Purchase a new subscription from the UA SupeStore.

  2. Add your subscription code to your PointSolutions profile via the mobile app or PointSolutions website.
