Problem
Students are unable to submit an attachment or file response to a Blackboard Ultra
Text Editor in Internet Browser
The text editor in a regular internet browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) includes options to insert an Attachment, insert an Image, and insert other content into the Assignment submission.
Text Editor in Respondus Lockdown Browser
The text editor in Respondus Lockdown Browser does not include the option to insert an Attachment, insert an Image. The options for other content is limited to Math editor characters.
