Add extended time on Ultra assessments

You can set accommodations for individual students to exempt them from assessment time limits. These accommodations encompass all timed gradable items.
Alternative: You can give an individual student an exception on a specific test or assignment to provide additional attempts or extended access. Exceptions are for one-off occurrences.

Instructions
Follow the instructions to add extended time. In your Ultra Course View course:
From Details & Actions, select View everyone in your course under Roster.
Click on the three dot menu to the right of the student’s name. It may be labeled as “More options.”
Select Accommodations on the menu.
Check the box for the Time limit accommodation. Then choose Custom percentage or Unlimited time.
These students have more time to finish their work during timed assessments. You can select Unlimited or specify the percentage of extra time needed to honor this accommodation. (these do not include Discussions).
Example: If your test is timed for 30 minutes, a student with 50% extra time will receive 45 minutes for their timer.
Select Save.
Please note: Time limit accommodations do not override the due date.
If "prohibit late submissions" is enabled on an assessment, students who only have a time limit accommodation will have their work auto-submitted at the due date/time, even if there is still time left on the timer.
If “prohibit late submissions” is not enabled, students who submit after the due date/time will have their attempts marked as late, even if they have a time limit accommodation.
