Known Issue - My site hasn't changed from Weebly to CampusPress

Problem

A user is informed that their site is live on CampusPress, but they still see their Weebly site in the web browser.

Background information

During the transition from Weebly to CampusPress, CIT has to redirect the Weebly site URL to the CampusPress site URL. Some users may see their Weebly site because it is cached in their web browser.

Example:

A site owner navigates to hpotter.people.ua.edu and expects to be redirected to sites.ua.edu/hpotter.

Solution

Clear the cache in your internet browser.
