Known Issue - Copying course settings and/or LTI tool links to Ultra
Problem
When you use individual item copy, course settings like Item Availability, Gradebook Categories, Alerts, and Achievements are not copied into the new course. Additionally, any LTI tool links are not copied.
Solution
You must complete a full course copy to preserve course settings and LTI tool links.
