How do I find a Panopto video's last viewed date?
Panopto videos are subject to a Retention Policy which marks them for archive or marks them for removal. The Last Viewed Date is a key element to determining if a video is eligible for archive.
Use this guide to determine the last viewed date of a video. Be aware, you must have Creator access to the video to see the last viewed date.
Instructions
Navigate to https://alabama.hosted.panopto.com in your web browser. You may need to use your myBama credentials to log in.
Select the Browse tab on the left side of the page.
Search for a folder that contains videos.
Within the folder, find the video and hover your mouse over it to make the options appear.
Click the three dots to open the More actions menu, and select Stats.
This will open the Session Dashboard with views and downloads statistics for this video. If you do not see activity, change the “Last 30 days” filter to “Any time.”
Click on the most recent activity point in the chart. A pop-up will appear with the last viewed date.
