Known Issue: Turnitin assignment grades aren't syncing to the Grade Center in Blackboard Original
Problem
Instructors using the New Standard Turnitin Assignment in Blackboard Original have issues syncing grades from Turnitin to the Blackboard Original Grade Center.
Solution
The current workaround is to edit the assignment and save it again, even if you do not make changes.
Example Steps for those with a Rubric
Open the Turnitin assignment by clicking the assignment link in your course.
Edit the assignment settings by clicking the Edit button at the top right of the inbox.
Click the Rubric tab at the top of the settings page.
Click the title of the rubric that is selected for your assignment to edit the rubric.
Click Save Assignment button when you’re done editing. (You don’t have to make any changes if none are needed.)
Click the Resync Grades button to sync the grades to the Grade Center.
