How do I share a Panopto video via weblink in Ultra?

This guide will show instructors how to add a Panopto video weblink, or share link, to their Blackboard Ultra course. This process is a good solution when the Panopto folder isn’t directly related to the Blackboard course.
For example: If you have a folder of videos in Panopto, and you might add them to more than one course or non-integrated Blackboard course, you can add a weblink instead of adding the video from the Content Market.
Instructions
In Panopto:
Navigate to the video you would like to share.
Hover your mouse over the video’s thumbnail image.
Click the Share icon.
In the pop-up window, under Who Can Access This Video, click “Change” link.
Then choose Your Organization (unlisted) which gives anyone at UA access to the video if they have the link. Users may be prompted to login if they access it outside of Blackboard.
Click the Copy Link button. This copies the link to your clipboard.
Then choose Done.
In Blackboard Ultra
Navigate to Blackboard at https://ualearn.blackboard.com.
Login with your myBama username and password.
Click on the Courses tab.
Search for your course and click on the course tile.
In your course, select a plus sign icon in the desired location on the Course Content page.
Choose Create on the menu.
In the pop-out tray, choose Link.
On the next screen, enter a Name in Display Name.
Paste the Panopto video share link in the Link URL field.
Select Save to save your settings. This will add the link to your page.
