View versions and history of Simple Syllabus

Instructors and administrators can view a history of edits and publishing for each syllabus in Simple Syllabus.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Simple Syllabus.

2. Access a syllabus to View or to Edit.

3. Under the syllabus title, select the Current Version link. It will be named “Current Version” and list the publishing date/time details.

   Open

   

4. A panel will appear on the right side of the window. This is the Versions and History panel.

5. For each version, users can select the Published date/time to expand the details. Details include the name of who submitted the change and what information was updated or edited in that version.

6. Open

   

   OR select the Version link to view the previous version. The previous version should open in a new tab or window.
