Known Issue - Adding large video files to CampusPress
Problem
A site owner attempts to add a large video file to their People site on CampusPress and gets an error message.
Solution
CampusPress only allows media files up to 50MB. Large videos will need to move the videos to another platform - like Panopto.
Panopto is a supported technology at UA and is designed to host and serve large video and media. It provides a better user experience with features including automatic captioning and chapter divisions, searchability, download options, and viewing options.
