How can I move a student to a different group appointment?
Instead of canceling and scheduling a new appointment, a student can be moved to the Roster of a different Group Appointment.
Instructions
Log in to SARS Anywhere https://sarsweb.ua-net.ua.edu/SARSAnywhere/Login.aspx
On THE GRID, find the Group Appointment the student is in
Double click the appointment
In the Student Appointment Screen, click Roster
In the Roster screen, click the checkbox beside the student’s name.
Click Move
On THE GRID:
MOVING will appear in the “existing” appointment
Find the “new” Group Appointment (it may be a different time, day, or both)
Double click the new appointment.
In the Confirmation dialog window, you’ll be prompted to confirm the move:
If the students needs to receive information about the new appointment via email and/or text, make sure those Confirmation methods are visible and checked in this window
Enter your initials
Click Yes
NOTE: If the group appointment is “full,” double clicking the appointment will take you directly to the Roster.
