If you copy an item from an Original course with a description longer than 750 characters, the description will automatically be shortened, and the formatting will be removed. |
Solution
Before copying content from Original, edit your items to ensure the descriptions are shorter than 750 characters. Remove all formatting. This includes bolded or italicized text, hyperlinks, and bullet points.
Why? Item descriptions in Ultra are limited to 750 characters. Item descriptions in Ultra cannot be formatted.
If you copy an item from Original with a description that is longer than 750 characters or has formatted text, you will receive an exception message in your Ultra course.
If you open the Exception Report to view the exception, it will look something like this.
