Some instructors use Excel or a similar program to record grades outside of Blackboard. Data can be exported to a CSV file and then uploaded into the Blackboard Grade Center to display grades to students.

Instructions
Log into Blackboard and navigate to your course.
On the bottom-left menu, choose Grade Center.
Then click on Full Grade Center.
Click on the Work Offline drop-down and Upload.
Click Browse My Computer to locate and select the CSV file you just created.
Select Comma as the Delimiter Type then click Submit.
