Students experience technical issues beyond their control during online tests. This process will allow you to clear their original test attempt and allow the student to retake the entire test.

Be aware that this process deletes the original attempt. Students will not be able to restart the original attempt where they left off. |
Instructions
Click the Grade Center on the Control Panel.
Click the Full Grade Center.
Mouse over the grade cell to view the action link (arrow button).
Click the down arrow and select View Grade Details from the drop down menu.
On the Grade Details page, select the Clear Attempt button.

NOTE: You have the choice of clearing the student's attempt (initial grade will not appear in the grade history, only the date you cleared it) or Ignore the Attempt. With Ignoring the Attempt, you will have a record of all submitted files and grades. The student will only have one further attempt with either choice. |
