Instructions
In a web browser, navigate to https://outlook.office365.com/
Log in using your UA email address and password
Authenticate using DUO
Select Settings
Select View all Outlook settings
Select Calendar > Shared Calendars > Calendar (from the drop-down menu)
In the Sharing and permissions dialog window:
If you had set up SARS Impersonation in Outlook 2016 or a previous version:
Check to see if SARS Impersonation is in the list of users having access to your calendar
If you do see it, go to the next step
If you don’t see it, go to Step 7b
In the access drop-down menu, change SARS Impersonation’s access to Delegate and send me a copy
If you hadn’t set up SARS Impersonation in Outlook 2016 or a previous version:
Enter sars-exchange@ua.edu (in the field at the top of the Sharing and Permissions window) and select it from the drop-down menu (that appears below the field you typed in).From the drop-down menu, choose Delegate and send me a copy
Click Share
When you see SARS-Exchange listed in your list of Delegates, close the window
Check your Outlook calendar to see if your SARS Anywhere appointments are being imported. The import process runs on the SARS server; it may take 30 minutes for appointments to appear
If you are seeing your SARS appointments on your Outlook calendar but not seeing:
“when” you want, go back to SARS Anywhere > Configuration > Export and change the numbers you have in the Days From Today and Number fields or
“what” you want, go back to SARS Anywhere > Configuration > Export and change the Appointment Settings fields
