How do I create a discussion in a Blackboard Ultra course?
You are viewing Ultra Course View content.
You can provide a link to a discussion near related content. For example, you can add a file for students to read. Then, if you want them to respond in discussions, add a link for easy discussion participation.
Instructions
On the Course Content page, select the plus sign wherever you want to add a discussion.
Select Create and select Discussion at the bottom of the list.
Name the discussion and add text where “What do you want to talk about?” displays.
Click the gear image in the top right corner to change the discussion settings, and save setting when they are complete.
Click Save when finished editing discussion.
The new discussion will show up on the Course Content page as well as the Discussions page.
