Problem
Something happened on your computer and your Blackboard test submitted before you finished answering the test.
Solution
Contact your instructor, via email, to give them details of what happened during your test attempt.
Contact the Center for Instructional Technology (CIT) to report an error during your test attempt.
The Center for Instructional Technology staff will recommend that you contact your instructor
It is your instructor’s decision whether or not you receive another test attempt.
If you have already contacted your instructor, your instructor will need to contact CIT if they need assistance allowing another test attempt.
