NOTES: Currently, the Zoom appointment confirmation email is the only method available for sending the Zoom link to the student. The Zoom link sent in the email is generated by the SARS-Zoom interface and embeds the password, so a student won’t need a password. The SARS user who will meet with the student is can be BCC’d on the Zoom confirmation email. Currently, this feature is not available for face-to-face only Zoom appointments.
