  1. User Name This needs to be done for every SARS user:

    1. In SARS Admin > Security > User Name, find the desired user name

    2. Click the Expiration Date checkbox

    3. Enter the last date the user needs access to SARS

    4. Click Save (in the right sidebar)

  2. Short Name This needs to be done ONLY if the user met with students:

    1. In SARS Admin > Short Name, find the desired short name

    2. Click Delete (in the right sidebar)

    3. In the Short Name Delete window:
      NOTE: If the short name has access to multiple locations, you need to perform the following steps for each location

      1. Choose Partial Delete. This will remove the user’s Master Schedule from THE GRID. For historical data, do not choose Full Delete.

      2. If the user has access to more than one Location, choose the desired Location.

      3. Enter the date range you want to remove from THE GRID. For example, if the user’s last day is January 31, 2023, you could enter 2/1/2023 and 12/31/2023.

      4. Click Continue.

      5. Close the Short Name Delete screen.

    4. Click Locations (in the right sidebar)

      1. For each Location the user has access to, change Active and Allow in eSARS to No
