1. User Name:

   Send an email to itsd@ua.edu and cc: Gina Dykeman and the SARS admin for the user’s SARS location. We can “move” the user to their new SARS location.

   1. Subject: SARS user moving from [your location] to [other location]

   2. Body: Please include:

      1. The user’s SARS User Name and Short Name

      2. The user’s last day in your location
