You can provide a link to a journal near related content. Add a prompt to set expectations and guidelines to get students off to a good start.
Instructions
Navigate to the area where you want to add the assignment.
Select the plus sign.
Select Create and select Journal at the bottom of the list.
Name the discussion and add text where “What do you want students to focus on?” displays.
Click the gear image in the top right corner to change the journal settings, and save setting when they are complete.
Click Save when finished editing journal.
Highlight important information in a panel like this one. To edit this panel's color or style, select one of the options in the menu.
