How can I move a student to a different group appointments?

If a student has made an appointment for a group appointment but needs to be attend a different group appointment, you do not have to cancel and rebook. Instead, you can move the student’s appointment.

Instructions

1. Log in to SARS Anywhere SARS Anywhere

2. On THE GRID, find the Group Appointment the student is in

3. Double click the appointment

4. In the Student Appointment Screen, click Roster

NOTE: If the group appointment is “full,” double clicking the appointment will take you directly to the Roster.

5. In the Roster screen, click the checkbox beside the student’s name

6. Click Move

7. On THE GRID:

a. MOVING will appear in the “existing” appointment

b. Find the “new” Group appointment (it can be a different time, day, or both)

c. Double click the new appointment

d. In the Confirmation dialog window, you’ll be prompted to confirm the move

i. If the student needs to receive information about the new appointment via email and/or text, make sure those Confirmation methods are visible and checked in this window

NOTE: If the desired Confirmation method is not visible, see SARS Anywhere - Changing student’s Opt-In settings

ii. Enter your initials

iii. Click Yes
