How do I know when my PointSolutions subscription has expired?

Problem

PointSolutions subscriptions expire after 1 or 4 years. Currently, students do not receive advance notice of the subscription expiration.

Contact the Center for Instructional Technology to check on your subscription status.

Self-check subscription status

Students can check their subscription status and expiration date on the PointSolutions website.

  1. Enter your Crimson email address on the PointSolutions login page.

  2. You will be redirected to the UA single sign on page. Enter your myBama username and password.

  3. On the next page, click on the profile icon in the top-right corner.

  4. Choose Profile.

  5. Scroll down to the subscriptions section. The tiles in this section will list any current or previous subscriptions.

If their subscription has expired, students can purchase a new subscription at the UA SupeStore.
