VoIP Services Overview
Request Service
OIT’s Telecommunications department provides VoIP phone services, Cisco Unity Voicemail, cell phones, mobile hotspots, and Jabber collaboration and messaging. Contact us to initiate a service change or activation, request a network line installation, or ask questions about services or billing.
Features
Caller ID: Included on all phones except C6901
Voicemail: $5/month
Additional Lines: $10 per month for first additional line, $2.50 per line per month for 3+ lines on mult-line sets
Credit Card Machines: Credit card machines are not supported on VoIP. Please contact Student Account Services to inquire about moving to a network-based reader
