OIT supports UA faculty and staff with University-owned cellphones and hotspots. To make a request for a cellphone or a hotspot, please submit the mobile service request form below.

Wireless devices and services may be billed directly to a department’s FOPAL with departmental approval. To request a department-funded service, please submit a request through the link above. UA will cover the cost of hotspot device services used for remote work due to COVID-19 accommodations through the spring 2021 semester.
