How do I see if my students have a PointSolutions subscription or not?

From the PointSolutions site, instructors can view details about their courses that are using clickers & mobile polling. Once your course is linked with Blackboard, the Roster section of the website will show you details for each student.

Instructions

  1. Enter your UA email address on the PointSolutions website.

  2. You will be directed to the UA login page. Enter your myBama username and password.

  3. On the Courses page, click Select for the course you would like to view.

  4. Then select Roster toward the top of the screen.

The next page should have a list of your students, their PointSolutions subscription status, Clicker ID status, and Blackboard account link status.

Roster View Explained

The roster view shows the following:

Subscription status: This shows if the student has a PointSolutions subscription.

Subscription expired or not added to profile

Subscription is active

Clicker ID: This shows if the student has added a Clicker ID or Mobile ID to their PointSolutions profile.

Does not have a Clicker ID or Mobile ID

Profile has Clicker ID and/or Mobile ID

Account Linked: This shows if the student’s PointSolutions account is linked to the Blackboard course.
