How do I find out which version of Lockdown Browser I'm using?

When troubleshooting issues for students, CIT staff may need to know which version of Lockdown Browser is installed on their computer. This guide gives them steps for both PC and Mac computers.

Instructions

Windows users

  1. Start the Lockdown Browser application.

  2. Select the Information icon.

  1. Look under Version Information.

Mac users

  1. Start the Lockdown Browser application.

  2. Select About, or the globe icon.

  1. The version information is shown in the pop-up window.
