How can I extend the length of a booked appointment?

The length of a booked appointment can be extended. When it’s extended, it’s done in multiples of the original appointment duration. For example, a 30-minute appointment will become a 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes, etc.

NOTE: An unbooked appointment must be immediately before or after the current appointment.

Instructions

  1. Log in to SARS Anywhere http://sarsweb.ua-net.ua.edu/SARSAnywhere/Login.aspx

  2. In MY GRID or THE GRID, find the BOOKED appointment you want to extend.

  3. Double click the BOOKED appointment.

  4. Click Extend

  5. The appointment duration will be doubled.

  6. Each additional Extend will add the same amount of time.

  7. An extended appointment can be Unextended.

    1. Follow Steps 1-3, above.

    2. Click Unextend.
