How do I add a collaborator to a Qualtrics survey?

The collaborate feature allows you to give other Qualtrics users access to your surveys when they log into their accounts. That way, you can work on the same project without transferring the survey.

Instructions

  1. Within the project’s Survey tab, click Tools.

  2. Select Collaborate.

  3. Type their name or myBama username into the Type Username field, or find them inside the User and Group Address Book.

  4. Click Add Selected when you find the user.

  5. Optionally, write a custom message and select Invite.

  6. Click Save to send the invitation(s).
