How do I create a QR code for a survey in Qualtrics?

Users can use the QR Code for print or digital display, as a link to the survey.

Instructions

  1. Open Qualtrics and sign in to your account.

  2. Open the survey that you will be using to collect data.

  3. Click the Distributions tab from the top navigation menu.

  4. Click on the QR Code option.

  5. Click the Download QR Code button located below the preview of the QR code.

  6. Locate the downloaded QR code file from your machines downloads folder and save it to a new location.
