Enable Respondus Lockdown Browser for an Ultra course assessment

In Ultra Course View, instructors can add Respondus Lockdown Browser to a test or an assignment. Instructors can access the Lockdown Browser dashboard from within Ultra course test/assignment settings.
Ultra Note: If you are requiring the use of the Lockdown Browser for a Blackboard assignment, the assignment cannot require students to submit a file.
Instructions
While creating the assessment, or editing the assessment, click on the gear icon to access the settings.
Scroll down to the security section and click on Lockdown Browser Dashboard under Respondus.
The dashboard will open in a slide out window. Click on the action link (arrow button) beside the exam name and choose Settings.
Choose Require Respondus Lockdown Browser for this exam.
Once required, additional options will appear. Other Settings options for Lockdown Browser include:
Test Password (Optional): a password that must be entered before a student can begin the exam
Advanced Settings include:
Lock students into the browser until exam is completed
Allow students to take the exam with an iPad (not recommended for high-stakes exams)
Allow access to specific websites
Enable a calculator
Enable printing
Optional: Require/don’t require Respondus Monitor.
Enter the desired settings and choose Save and Close. The proctored icon will now show on the test link details.
Your Lockdown Browser Dashboard will now show the Lockdown Browser status of your exams. Close the dashboard and the test settings to return to the Course Content page.
