How do I use a Qualtrics upgrade code?

An upgrade code can change a user type or division in Qualtrics. These codes are created by a Brand Administrator and are usually distributed to users by a Division Administrator.

Instructions

If you have been given an upgrade code, follow these steps to upgrade your Qualtrics account:

  1. Log in to Qualtrics with your myBama username and password.

  2. In the top-right, select your avatar (the My Account button).

  3. Click the link “Switch to the old version.”

  4. On the next page, select the Upgrade Account tab.

  5. Enter the upgrade code into the Upgrade Code field.

  6. Click the Upgrade Account button.
