What do I do if I cannot scroll over in the Blackboard Grade Center?

Problem

Unable to scroll to the right in the Blackboard Full Grade Center on a Mac computer.

Solution

If you are using a Mac computer, follow these steps:

  1. On your computer, select System Preferences on the menu.

  2. Select General.

  3. In the “Show scroll bars section” choose Always.

This will allow you to scroll over in the Full Grade Center and view all columns.
