Why can't my students see feedback on their Turnitin assignment?

Problem

An instructor adds feedback to students' submissions, but the students are unable to see the feedback.

Solution

Check the assignment settings to check on the date entered for the Feedback Release Date. The Feedback Release Date is the date and time students can begin viewing instructor feedback.

Instructions

  1. On the Content page, click on the assignment title.

  2. Then click on the Edit Setting (pencil icon) for the new interface. Or click the assignment settings (gear icon) for the old interface.

  3. Check the date and time entered for the Feedback Release Date and adjust the date and time as needed.

  4. Click Save Assignment or Submit.
