What does a student receive when an appointment is moved?
Subject to your location’s configurations, students can book and cancel appointments using eSARS, your online portal. However, students cannot move an appointment.
Appointments can be moved only in SARS Anywhere by the user meeting with the student and/or a support staff member. An appointment may need to be moved for various reasons, such as the student requested a different time, the user meeting with the student is unexpectedly out of the office, or the campus is closed for normal operations.
Provided the student has not opted out from receiving emails and texts, when an appointment is moved, the student will receive an email and/or text. The contents of these messages are determined by your location and configured by your SARS Admin in the SARS Admin application.
