What emails and texts are sent to students?
Provided the student has not opted out from receiving emails and/or texts, when an appointment is booked, the student will receive an appointment confirmation email. Your location determines the contents of the email.
Reminder emails and texts can be sent to the student. Your location determines the contents of these messages, as well as the schedule for sending them, for example the day before the appointment.
