When you launch TRAK-Admin or TRAK-Enter and you get error message Open File - Security Warning, here are the steps to resolve the problem.

Error message Open File - Security Warning

These steps need to be done by someone who is a local admin on the computer.

Instructions

  1. Click the Start menu

  2. In the Search window type: Internet Options and choose Open

    from the start menu, select open internet options

  3. Click the Security tab

  4. Click Local intranet

  5. Click Sites

  6. In the window that appears, click Advanced

  7. In the Local intranet window, in the Add this website to the zone field, type: \\appuapsars16.ua-net.ua.edu

  8. Click Add

  9. Click Close
