Error message: Unable to login. Code 22
When a user tries to login to SARS Anywhere, SARS Admin, etc., and gets Unable to login. Code 22, the user has entered either their username or password incorrectly.
Please ask them to re-enter those.
If this doesn’t resolve the problem, you can reset their password in SARS Admin.
