Item descriptions in Ultra are limited to 750 characters. Item descriptions in Ultra cannot be formatted.
Problem
If you copy an item from an Original course with a description longer than 750 characters, the description will automatically be shortened, and the formatting will be removed.
Solution
Before copying content from Original, edit your items to ensure the descriptions are shorter than 750 characters. Remove any formatting. This includes bolded or italicized text, hyperlinks, and bullet points.
