Instructions

Add the Panopto Quiz link

In a Blackboard Original course:

  1. In a content area, like the Course Home Page, select Build Content.

  2. Choose Panopto Quiz.

    • Note: The list of tools is not alphabetical and we wish we could fix it.

  3. You’ll receive a prompt asking how you would like to grade the assessment, with two choices: “Grade on % viewed” and “Grade on quiz results.”

  4. Choose the appropriate answer, and select Continue.

  5. On the next page, you’ll see a list of videos in your Panopto folder.

    • If you chose the option “Grade on quiz results,” you will only see the videos for which you have already created a quiz. For help creating a quiz in Panopto, refer to: Add a quiz to a Panopto video.

  6. Click on a radio button to choose a video.

  7. Click Insert at the bottom of the screen. You will be redirected to an interactive viewer of the video you choose. Navigate back to your Blackboard course by clicking the top-left X to exit the Panopto viewer.

Panopto will automatically create the link in your course with default grade, availability, and due date settings. You will need to edit the link to adjust the settings to your preference.
